Social Transcript

The Social Transcript Regulation, approved by our university's Senate in its decision dated 25.05.2023 with number 07/18, is attached below.

Firstly, the regulation should be carefully reviewed, and the processes under the sections titled CLASSIFICATION and APPLICATION should be thoroughly examined before adding documents accordingly.

Students can add the documents they wish to include in their Social Transcript as follows:

  1. Log in to the RESUME module on the UBYS - Student Information Screen page.
  2. Select the appropriate category from the list on the left-hand side of the RESUME page (e.g., Social Responsibility, Activities, etc.).
  3. Fill out the form that appears on the screen and upload scanned copies of the relevant documents to the designated section.
  4. Students can upload/add documents throughout the semester.
  5. According to the regulation, applications are evaluated between the final exam dates specified in the announced Academic Calendar for each semester.
  6. Documents evaluated by the relevant committee are approved in the system and reflected in the Social Transcript Document.
